Association has been established in 1999 as a charitable
institution of a public character with the following
Object
assisting disadvantaged
persons and communities throughout the wider [Boland]
region (“the [Boland] Community”) to know,
understand, promote, advance and enforce their legal
rights, whether under the Constitution of the Republic
or otherwise, with the aim thereby of empowering those
persons and communities to improve their quality of
life. |
